How does Feed Queens Differ Compared to Other Mainstream Delivery Services?

Our delivery process is different from other services in that we are not partnering with the stores themselves, but the customer instead. By removing the link between us and the store, we can reduce the delivery cost for our customers because, unlike third-party delivery systems, we're not hiking your item prices or charging you an extra tax on the items you've already purchased to generate our revenue. We earn our share merely by working hard and ensuring our customers receive their items when and where they need them for realistic prices and with high-quality service. 

Despite our moniker, Feed Queens delivery service isn't just limited to feed! We will pick up any orders from our retailers, be it feed, gardening supplies, lumber, tools, or even appliances! So long as we know what we have the capability to deliver, we will!

How do I place my order?

Step One: Select your items from the retailer website just like normal via app or web browser.

Step Two: At Checkout, make sure to switch your pickup person from yourself, to the Alternative Pickup Option. In this section, fill out the necessary information with Feed Queens'  information and checkout as normal.

Step Four: Head Over to Our Website and Select Your Type of Delivery 

Feed Queens Farm Service Offers two kinds of delivery. Same Day and Scheduled. Same Day Deliveries are made typically between our Scheduled Deliveries and therefore have no designated delivery hours, though we do guarantee delivery before seven pm, dependent on load size. Remember-- It's just one of us, so sometimes it takes a while to get things delivered and dropped off, but we'll keep you updated every step of the way!

Don't feel like having to wait without knowing a specific drop-off time? Select Scheduled Delivery and have your order dropped off at the time that works for you!

What Retailers Do We Deliver From?

Currently we offer delivery from four stores within our local delivery radius. For Farm and Feed, we deliver from Buchheit of Herculaneum and Tractor Supply of  both De Soto and Ste Genevieve. Please make sure to include the location for either of these stores.  For any supply deliveries such as lumber, mulch, fencing, or other large outdoor items, we offer limited delivery from Lowes and Home Depot of Festus. 

 

What Else Should I Know About Placing My Order?​

 

Tractor Supply Orders can only be placed up to one day before your scheduled delivery date due to their pickup policies and procedures. TSC Holds Orders For Only Two Days after the order is ready. 

Due to their pickup policies and procedures, orders from Buchheit, Home Depot, and Lowes can be placed up to 6 days before your scheduled delivery date. All of these stores provide a seven day hold on their items. 

If your scheduled delivery is placed outside of the available pickup time, your order will be canceled by the store. Contact Feed Queens Farm Service to reschedule or refund your delivery if an order is canceled. Please see our Delivery Policies for information regarding rescheduling and or canceling orders as well as other important information regarding our services and processes.
