Service Description
Going away for a while and need someone to water and feed the animals? Collect the eggs or rotate your horse's pastures? No problem! Feed Queens Farm Service is happy to help. We offer Farm Care for all of our customers in case they need someone they can trust to maintain their animals. Farm Care Includes livestock feeding, watering, turnout, or stalling. We feed to our customer's specifications and give live updates on all animal welfare in your absence. We will also collect eggs at the customer's request and leave them in a secured location as listed by our customers. We also offer watering and collection for gardens per customer request.
Cancellation Policy
All same-day orders must be canceled with Feed Queens Farm Service 2 hours prior to pickup. If the customer fails to notify Feed Queens Farm Service of a cancelation, it will be a $15 fee unless an arrangement is made with the owner. All same-day delivery orders will be delivered before 6pm. Feed Queens Delivery Service is not responsible for store pricing and will only adhere to coupons for our company, from our company. Feed Queens is not responsible for item quality, though we will do our absolute best to ensure all items are whole, fresh, and properly sealed before delivery, we cannot guarantee the quality control of the retailers themselves (but rest-assured we will 100% put up a stink if we find out the items are of poor quality and we will request replacements.) If you have loose animals, please notify the driver. The owner typically delivers with her dog, if you'd like your delivery to be dog-free, please select as such at checkout. Owner's Note: We are incredibly accommodating, please just communicate. We understand things happen and availability changes or the universe just doesn't wanna play nice sometimes. We get it! Please let us know so we can find a more effective way to assist you.
